India operations and fulfilment are handled by Keech Fashion Group, GSTIN 32AAYFK1957A1ZB. United States operations may be handled by Keech Inc., 1309 Coffeen Avenue STE 1200, Sheridan, Wyoming 82801, United States.

Products and availability

We aim to display product colours, designs, sizes, and descriptions accurately. Screen settings and manufacturing variations may cause minor differences. All products are subject to availability, and we may limit quantities or cancel unavailable items.

Pricing and currency

Prices are displayed in the market and currency selected on the website. Taxes, shipping charges, or other applicable charges are shown where required before checkout. We may correct pricing or listing errors before dispatch and will contact the customer where an order is affected.

Orders

An order submission is an offer to purchase. Receipt of an automated message does not guarantee acceptance. An order may be rejected or cancelled for payment failure, stock issues, suspected fraud, incorrect information, legal restrictions, or delivery limitations. Any successfully collected amount for a cancelled order will be handled according to the applicable payment and refund process.

Payments

Payments are processed through third-party payment providers. RIBB does not intentionally store complete card numbers or CVV information on the website. Customers must use payment methods they are authorized to use.

Shipping and delivery

Estimated delivery is generally 2–4 business days after dispatch, but timelines are not guaranteed. Please review our Shipping Policy for details.

Returns and refunds

Eligible return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery and are subject to the conditions in our Returns & Refunds Policy.

Accounts and information

You are responsible for keeping login credentials secure and providing accurate contact, billing, and shipping information. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized account activity.

Acceptable use

You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, interfere with checkout, copy content unlawfully, or use the service for fraudulent or illegal activity.

Intellectual property

RIBB names, logos, artwork, graphics, photography, product designs, text, and website content are owned by or licensed to the relevant business entity. They may not be reproduced, sold, or used commercially without written permission.
